1. Services Offered

Ecommerce Partners provides ecommerce development, design, and digital strategy services, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify and Shopify Plus development and customization
  • BigCommerce and Magento development
  • Platform migrations and replatforming
  • Custom app and systems integration
  • SEO and conversion rate optimization
  • Website maintenance and ongoing support

A detailed scope of work will be outlined in your service proposal or contract prior to the start of any engagement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information required to complete the project
  • Respond promptly to feedback requests and approvals
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Failure to meet these obligations may result in project delays or additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • A initial payment is required before work begins; the amount is determined on a project-by-project basis and will be specified in your proposal or contract
  • Remaining payments are due at milestones or upon project completion, as outlined in your contract
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law
  • Ecommerce Partners reserves the right to suspend or pause services on accounts with overdue balances

4. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of all original content, assets, and materials they provide
  • Ecommerce Partners retains ownership of all code, templates, frameworks, and tools we develop until full payment has been received
  • Upon receipt of full payment, we grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered work for its intended commercial purpose

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information, trade secrets, and proprietary business data private for the duration of the engagement and thereafter, unless disclosure is required by law or mutually agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ecommerce Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed through the termination date. Ecommerce Partners reserves the right to terminate service immediately for any material violation of these terms.

8. Use of Website

By accessing ecommercepartners.com, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute website content without prior written permission

9. Changes to Terms

10. Governing Law
